Scope: This 23 story, 320 unit residential tower with integrated parking deck and retail was designed purely out of frustration. The tower that was proposed at the time (and now fully built) was a truly uninspired design that was essentially copy & pasted from the developers other projects. The challenge here was to create a design that did a better job engaging the sidewalk for pedestrians, hiding the parking deck, and providing a more overall intriguing visual aspect to the Atlanta skyline, all while using the identical footprint as the developers design.
