Scope: This private residence design was commissioned by the realtor listing this property. The existing house was likely a tear down but they wanted potential buyers of this property to easily envision possible options for building new. Therefore, we came up with a wood clad mid-century modern inspired options as well as dark and more traditional exterior option, all while keeping the floor plans nearly identical. For the potential car enthusiast, there is car storage for at least 6 cars. The sloping site also allows for a finished basement with space for a game room, theater, gym, and wine cellar as well as room on the property for a pool.
