Scope: Create a conceptual design package to help market property to potential investors. This property was having trouble selling as it was originally marketed as a 4 townhome development. We created a 6 unit live/work building with owner parking beneath thanks to a sloping site. Each unit is 3 levels in height, with the first level dedicated to a business function.
